And now…

…For something completely unrelated.

Listen, I know this blog lately has almost been all politics and things like that. It’s sort of becoming a theme, but to be honest this is a blog supposed to be about anything interesting. Anything that I think is interesting anyway… and it just so happens that I find politics and the like interesting.

But now I want to break it up.

And there’s only one way I know how to do that.

LOL THAT’S RIGHT, GUYS. NARUTO. DATTEBAYO!!!!

For those who don’t know what Naruto is, it’s both an anime and manga series in Japan that is written, illustrated and thought up by Masashi Kishimoto. It centers, at first, around a young noisy ninja named Naruto that’s “number one in surprising people”.

The history of Naruto goes that twelve years before the series started, a Nine-Tailed Demon Fox attacked Konohagakure, a ninja village, causing a lot of damage, to say the least. The then leader and strongest ninja in the village, The Fourth Hokage, sacrificed his own life to save the terrorized village by sealing the demon fox inside Naruto when he was an infant.

Seems like a really simple, even retarded, plot, doesn’t it?

It’s not. It gets deep. History between different characters arise, other characters with their own plots show up, organizations such as the Akatsuki appear (a criminal organization composed of ten high-level ninja that have betrayed or left their villages). Complications are abound, but they’re good, they drive the plot. They make things interesting.

Betrayals, plot twists, and cliffhangers. It really is a good anime.

I don’t really care what anyone has to say about this, but I really like this anime. About five or six years ago I used to actually read the Naruto manga.

BUT, and I’m ashamed to admit this, I couldn’t follow along with the fights in the manga. And isn’t that what Narutos all about? The fights? Of course there’s good stories and history and back drop leading up to the fights, but usually it’s the fights that keep people turning the page or tuning in for the next episode.

I’m actually thinking about starting the manga again, since everyone I know reads it, and I think the Naruto manga differs from the story in the anime. Some minor differences, at least.

Anyway, in the anime I’m really not that far into it yet because I had to stop watching for now. I’m really only a little past the Chuunin exams still. :(

My computer needs to be reformatted, and since I get these off of my friend Aimey and watch them on my computer, I figured it’s better to wait before finishing up the rest of the episodes I downloaded without having to download more because I don’t have what I need yet to reformat and save things on my computer (oh, 1 TB external hard drive, how I need you).

But because this anime has been out for years, and because I’m so far behind on it now, I pretty much know a LOT of what’s going to happen.

Like Naruto vs. Sasuke. Although you could see that building up anyway, far before it happens.

But I’ve actually seen the fight. Thank you youtube.com!

Sasuke vs Naruto Full Fight No Filters

By the way, is it just me or does when Sasuke fully transform into that cursed seal he looks like Sonic the Hedgehog for a split second? LOL.

Anyway, even though I’m not really that far into it, and Naruto seems to change their beginning and ending themes often, I’m still going to show my favorite ending and beginning themes so far:

Naruto 2nd Opening Theme

Naruto 3rd Ending Theme

Anyway, can’t wait until I get up to the second series of Naruto — Naruto Shippuden, after the time jump.

Going to be so great to watch!!!! And LOL I can’t believe I’m this far behind from everyone. Wow.

LOL ME AND YOUR 8 YEAR OLD SON HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON LOLOL

FU!!!!!!

Adults watch Naruto too… Everyone watches Naruto… And the Cartoon Network version is different then the original Japanese version and… . . . and. . . . . . . . :: SIGHS AND JUST DELETES IT OFF MY HARD DRIVE NOW :: :(

And LOL @ giving Naruto Ritalin. Hahaha. That’s funny.

But yeah, the one your kid watches is more kid friendly and edited and stuff because of censoring laws in the United States. The writer likes to throw homosexuality hints in the series, and I doubt that is in the Cartoon Network version. And I also heard that a lot of violence is toned down. And I’m sure they’ve changed some plots around.
