So, I look around the web a LOT for random things, and I found out about network edutainment. It’s basically an education with entertainment on how to live better and how to live mindfully everyday. At work or at home, you can open this toolbox full of informative, easy-to-use ideas for every aspect of your life. Apply these building blocks for life with topics from financial stress and commute to work stress and surviving empty nest. Each program is packed with information as you learn Mindful Living Everyday.

When I went to massage therapy school, we learned that even the simplest things can cause someone stress, which can lead to bigger health problems. Sometimes even heart problems. Did you know that stress is one of the main causes for a heart attack?

Living Mindfully Everyday has an awesome program, community and episodes on how to live your life peacefully. Sometimes these things don’t occur to people. That’s natural, but all you need to do is be taught on how to relax and calm down, how to enjoy your life and make the most out of it.

That’s what this service does.

Created by Dr. Kathleen Hall, internationally recognized lifestyle expert in stress and work/life balance, The MINDFUL LIVING NETWORK™ entertains, enriches and educates viewers on how to bring meaning to their lives and Live Mindfully Everyday™. You may be asking yourself, “What is this mindful living business?” It means, WAKE UP and pay attention to your life! These days nearly everyone is overbooked, overworked and overwhelmed. Mindful Living is learning to experience your life instead of riding it like a runaway train.
