Just when you thought you heard it all…

Erika La Tour Eiffel, a former U.S. Army helicopter pilot who was discharged from the army because of what I’m about to blog about, is “in love” with the Eiffel Tour in France — and also claims to have married it (hence the last name).

That’s not all. She claims to be in a … “relationship” … with the Berlin Wall and the Golden Gate Bridge. She was also “in love” with a bow she calls “Lance”, which helped her to become an archery world champion, but since her “relationship” with said bow died down, her archery skills have taken a back seat.

She also has a sexual relationship with a piece of fence in her room.

I thought this was a joke when I first heard it — or at least a hoax. I thought someone was paying this woman, or that she was just doing this to get attention. I am so baffled to say I was wrong.

This is actually something real known as Objectum Sexuality, and there are about 40 known cases of it around the world. They even have a website and a a forum for people who are “IN LOVE” with OTHER objects.

And if you haven’t figured it out by now, we’re not talking about something symbolic like “oh I’m so in love with the Statue of Liberty because it represents our freedom!” (which it doesn’t, but we’re not going to get into THAT conspiracy theory). We’re talking about people who looked at a certain object and fell into lust/love/whatever else with it. The same way most people would feel about a human. They’re people who who want to have an affectionate relationship with these objects… . . .

One woman, Eija-Riitta Berliner-Mauer, who is ANOTHER woman “in love” with the Berlin Wall and claims to have married it (I say “claims” because the Berlin Wall didn’t say “I do” back, did it?), also says that she “consummated” her marriage to it — which means basically she had sexual contact with it (look at the documentary below for more information)… . . .

A) That is disgusting. How didn’t she get AT LEAST a yeast infection from having sexual contact with something so dirty? — And, if you can’t tell, I don’t mean that because it’s the Berlin Wall and it caused so much pain and suffering and etc etc. I mean that because it’s OUTSIDE and ACTUALLY dirty. Probably always getting pissed on, spat on, who knows what else…

B) How did she do it out in public? Wouldn’t people have stopped and stared at the freak caressing and whispering sweet nothings to… a wall?

C) How is this even possible at ALL? I would’ve LOVED for someone to video tape her attempting to screw this thing.

And this is her explanation about “What, exactly, interest (her) about the Berlin Wall?”, where she claims that, and I quote, she “catches fire sexually on the Berlin Wall.” …

I am all about living and let living, and they don’t seem to be hurting anyone, and they seem to be genuinely happy with whatever they got going on… But, I feel the need to say this anyway: What is wrong with these people?
